| The Pennsylvania Association of Career Fire Chiefs (PACFCA) proudly announces its unanimous endorsement of Fire Chief Jim Smith for the position of EFO Section Representative for the Eastern Division of the International Association of Fire Chiefs
PACFCA President Tom O'Donnell underscored the significance of this endorsement, stating that PACFCA stands firmly with leaders who are present, engaged, and committed to the fire service across Pennsylvania.
“PACFCA members stand with those who stand with us—those who show up, engage meaningfully, and remain connected to the needs of Pennsylvania’s fire chiefs,” said O’Donnell. “Chief Smith is focused on advancing the fire service through real work and collaboration.”
Chief Smith has demonstrated a consistent commitment to strengthening the fire service through leadership, collaboration, and active participation at both the state and regional levels.
