Building Connections Beyond the Firehouse!

Members of the Pennsylvania Career Fire Chiefs Association took time to network, and share a few laughs during the PA Municipal League Leadership Summit in Hershey, PA!

Leadership in the fire service goes beyond the fireground. Building a strong network of fellow chief officers allows us to exchange ideas, learn from one another, support each other through challenges, and return to our communities focused, refreshed, and more committed than ever to the mission of serving others.

Because when we invest in each other, we strengthen the entire fire service!
