Stronger Leaders

Stronger Departments. Stronger Communities.

Today, the Pennsylvania Fire Service Credentialing Program, in partnership with the Pennsylvania Municipal League and the Pennsylvania Career Fire Chiefs Association, proudly hosted Command & Leadership Forum.

Chief Officers and Fire Officers came together for candid conversations, collaborative learning, and meaningful dialogue about the challenges and opportunities shaping our profession. From navigating today’s economic realities to strengthening workforce recruitment and retention, these conversations are essential to building the next generation of fire service leadership.

A huge THANK YOU to all the Pennsylvania Chief Officers and Fire Officers who actively participated in today’s learning sessions and brought their experience, perspectives, and passion to the table. Your commitment to leadership and service is helping move Pennsylvania’s fire service forward!

And this is just the beginning! Stay tuned — more Command & Leadership Forums will be announced in the near future!
